You’ve forged a mystical connection with the steadily-circling air of Tel-Kanan. Through your breath, you can achieve a sense of inner calm and connect your spirit to the world's breath—the flow of windcurrents that determines so much of Tel-Kanan's fate. 

Echoes of the old Shinarian language suffuse the windcurrents of Tel-Kanan. You can understand and speak this language.

You start with the following ability:

Meditate

Will  As a rest activity, roll Compel to find your inner balance. Messengers have wind advantage on this roll. 5+: Gain +1 overflow Spirit and +1 overflow Awareness.3–4: Gain +1 overflow Awareness. 1–2:  You end your rest with -1 spirit.If your max Spirit is zero, you can't perform this activity.

Prescience

Take -1 spirit to perform the Evade maneuver as a free action at any time, not just on your turn. You can even use this ability after an attack is rolled against you, potentially turning a hit into a block or miss. However, you can only Evade one attack at a time with this ability.
